Products are licensed per user. You may use them commercially for your channels and courses. Team usage requires additional seats.

Acceptable Use

• No deceptive claims or manipulation of learners
• Respect intellectual property of third parties

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by trusted providers. If a product doesn’t fit, contact support within 14 days for help or refund.

• Taxes are calculated at checkout when applicable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Chargebacks for delivered items may result in account restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

We provide tools and guidance “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages or lost opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data

We minimize personal data collection and process only what is necessary to provide the service. You may request data export or deletion via support. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are disabled unless you grant consent.
